We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join our team in Nursing and Residential Homes across Cumbria

The ideal candidates will have experience working with adults in Care and Nursing Homes in a Senior Healthcare Assistant or Senior Support worker role.

Requirements
* Minimum 1 year UK experience in care, nursing, or residential settings
* NVQ Level 2/3 or working towards
* Valid Right to Work in the UK
* Up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to supporting others
Responsibilities
* Support residents with personal care and daily activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.
* Assist older adults.
* Help care for individuals with conditions such as Dementia, end of life care.
* Work with the care team, reporting any changes and helping maintain a safe, friendly environment.
