Job Title: Refrigeration Tutor /Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)
Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

For ‘Trainee’ candidates: Our client will provide full training and guidance to develop your teaching skills, complete a teaching qualification and enable you to make a real difference in the lives of learners.
Essential Criteria:
* Must hold a Cat 1 F Gas and Hydrocarbon Qualified.
* Hold a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ or equivin Refrigeration (Air Conditioning/Heat Pump)
* Occupational experience in the field of refrigeration, heat pump or air conditioning.
* Good level of I.T skills
* Excellent presentationandcommunication skills.
* Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Duties include:
* Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions for learners completing accredited qualifications in Refrigeration, Heat Pump and Air Conditioning.
* Coach, support and motivate learners throughout their training programme, ensuring learners are progressing within expectations
* Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.
* Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
* Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
