Join Our Adult Social Care Leadership Team – Champion Excellence in our new Mental Wellbeing Service We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Team Manager to lead our Mental Wellbeing Service! We are recruiting a knowledgeable and compassionate Service Team Manager to lead our Mental Wellbeing Service at the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead. This important role is central to delivering our Social Care Futures vision. The Mental Wellbeing Service, works across the borough supporting older people and working age adults who experience poor mental health or adults who are neurodivergent, including autistic adults. You will champion strengths-based and person-centred approaches, ensuring individuals are supported to live independently, safely, and meaningfully. With experience in managing complex casework, including Court of Protection matters, and a strong understanding of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding, you will ensure statutory responsibilities are met with professionalism and empathy. RBWM also have a team of AMHPs managed by a lead AMHP. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £53,296 - £58,286 per annum. You will: Champion strengths-based and person-centred practice. Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, responsive, and outcome-focused support. Manage complex casework including Court of Protection matters. Work collaboratively across health, housing, and voluntary sectors. Promote prevention, choice, and community connection. Contribute to RBWM’s strategic priorities: building inclusive, healthy communities, delivering compassionate, high-quality services, and reducing health inequalities.
