If you’re ready to play a lead role in shaping the Private Client offering in the North at a business with a clear vision and serious growth momentum, this role could be for you.
With a solid platform of conveyancing and remortgaging services already in place, they’re expanding their Private Client team and are looking for a senior Private Client Solicitor to step in as the principal solicitor for the North.
This is a hybrid role based in Stockport with 2–3 days in the office (after onboarding) and flexibility to work part-time (4 days/week) if preferred.
Who we’re looking for
4. 5+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
5. Substantial estate administration experience and confident advising on wills, probate, inheritance tax, Court of Protection, and LPAs
6. Proven track record of managing a team or mentoring junior colleagues
7. Empathetic communicator with high levels of attention to detai
8. Commercial mindset and ability to manage a personal caseload to deadlines
What you’ll be doing
9. Lead on complex and high-value estate administration, wills, probate, LPAs, and inheritance planning
10. Act as the lead Private Client solicitor in the North, supported by the Head of Department
11. Deliver exceptional client care, particularly for vulnerable clients
12. Oversee a small support team and manage performance, training, and development
13. Help shape future growth and process improvements
