Job Description
3. Designing and maintaining digital learning solutions, including e-learning modules, webinars, pod casts, animations, videos, bite sized learning which is mobile and tablet compatible.
4. Making sure the content meets the style and branding guidelines whilst making sure the modules all remain up to date.
5. Assist the learning team implement new organisational initiatives by delivering digital learning interventions whilst constantly evaluating the effectiveness of digital learning.
6. Deliver reporting to specific business areas around mandatory learning completion.
7. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), helping to solve day-to-day requests whilst troubleshooting any problems for online users.
8. Creating storyboards, along with designing a range of digital learning solutions and developing modules that measure learning against set objectives.
The Successful Applicant
9. Previous experience within an L&D role.
10. Develop and manage the LMS to accommodate a broad range of online learning.
11. Develop a digital bespoke course offering within our LMS to suit a variety of different roles.
