This is a fantastic opportunity to work within occupied domestic properties, upgrades and general maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of painting repairs in domestic/social housing settings Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, etc.) Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits Requirements: NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Painting / time served Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs Strong communication and customer service skills Full UK Driving Licence Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable) What’s in it for you?
