Crafting Dreams as a Room Manager
Room Managers set the tone for our expert Educators within one of our nursery Family Rooms, leading by example. As a Room Manager, you’ll help your team achieve their potential as they help children achieve theirs. You will be an expert teacher with a passion for coaching and mentoring, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Join our dynamic team at N Family Chertsey in our newly converted 136-place Nursery, designed to ignite curiosity and nurture creativity. Conveniently located near Chertsey train station and accessible via the M25 and M3.

* Earn between £27,500 - £31,500, rewarding your dedication
* Performance-related bonus of up to £1,200 per year
* Flexible working patterns: a 4-day 36-hour week or the traditional 5-day 40-hour week
