The Opportunity
We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals to join our Customer Service team at Skegness station for Summer 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of EMR during one of our busiest and most exciting seasons.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Maintaining a visible, proactive presence across the station
2. Supporting, guiding and assisting customers throughout their journey
3. Providing clear information and reassurance
4. Delivering exceptional service at every interaction
