We’re partnering with an innovative organisation that is investing heavily in its software platform and engineering capability. They are seeking a Software Development Team Lead to take ownership of a core platform, driving both delivery and long‑term evolution while leading a small but high‑performing team.
This is a hands‑on leadership role, combining active contribution to development with mentoring, coaching, and technical guidance. You’ll work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to shape architecture, ensure high‑quality delivery, and create an environment where engineers can perform at their best.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality, scalable software solutions using C# / .NET and cloud services (AWS preferred)
* Driving CI/CD practices, code quality standards, and technical best practices across the team
* Collaborating with product, design, and wider stakeholders to translate requirements into well‑architected, maintainable solutions
* Providing day‑to‑day technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to a small team of software engineers
* Balancing delivery priorities with long‑term technical health, architecture improvements, and platform evolution
