Sous Chef (40 hours a week) Pavilion Gardens Salary up to £30000 pa

We are searching for a sous Chef to work within our Food & Beverage Team at Pavilion Gardens. The Opportunity The post holder will report directly to the Head Chef and be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for customers and clients at all areas of within Pavilion Gardens
Deliver a catering offer which produces high quality and nutritionally balanced food to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for aspects of the day to day catering including food safety, stock control, ordering and cleaning.
To assist the head chef in menu planning, costing and that all aspects of legislation are adhered to and to help train and guide the team to help grow a better work fource
To assist with the day to day operations of the catering function in order to maximise business opportunities and profitability in line with the business plan.
The Person Flexible in working evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Able and willing to work overtime if and when required
Reliable
Public transport in the area is limited, you will be required to make your own way into work.
Will ideally have experience of working in similar roles
Will be able to communicate at different levels of the organisation and portray strong listening skills.
Will be able to proactively resolve day-to-day service issues.
