Our company has over 50 years' experience of designing, building & maintaining swimming pools for high net worth private clients in the residential sector and some smaller commercial installations. Due to unforseen circumstances, we are again looking to employ an Office Administrator / Receptionist to provide a professional, dedicated and welcoming service. Previous applicants need not apply. This is an ideal role for an outgoing, organised and grounded professional, that wants to join a long established, highly successful, family run business as they progress into a new phase of the business. Main responsibilities include: Efficient management and confident answering of all enquiries Organising and processing incoming mail & email Daily printing and filing of service job sheets Managing receipts, delivery tickets, orders etc Greeting visitors and customers to the premises Accurately managing the office filing system Ensuring office and kitchen supplies are ordered & stocked Oversee the building storage and archive system Updating the company website and enhancing social media presence Maintaining fleet vehicle records and booking services / MOT's The ideal candidate should have: Immediate availability Excellent telephone manner Great communication skills, both verbal and written Good IT skills with a high proficiency in MS Office programs Experience of working with Xero accounting and CRM Database is preferred Smart casual, but professional appearance Confidence in dealing with multiple tasks often under pressure Flexible, happy 'can do' attitude Previous office experience In return we offer: 25 Days Holiday Bank Holidays (4 days to be taken over Christmas) Annual appraisals Staff Team Building Days Free Parking Hours: Full time 30-37.5hrs per week negotiable Flexibility on start finish times will be these can be considered.
