Role Overview
As the EYFS Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons for Nursery and Reception pupils.
* Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development in line with the EYFS framework.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Observe, assess, and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to parents and carers.
* Work closely with colleagues to develop the Early Years curriculum and share best practice.
* Embed the school’s Catholic ethos and values throughout classroom activities.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in EYFS, ideally in a faith-based or Catholic school.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum, assessment, and child development.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
* A caring, patient, and creative approach to teaching young children.
* Ability to work collaboratively and support the school’s ethos and values.
