Join Entain as a Retail Customer Service Manager in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, where no two days are the same. Contribute to a team that values teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the shop team, serving customers and fostering repeat business.
What You Will Do
* Deliver outstanding customer service and promote safer gambling.
* Take bets on a wide range of sports and events.
* Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
* Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers.
* Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
* Work towards targets and maintain high shop standards.
* Open or close the shop as needed and be responsible as a key holder.
Working Patterns
Shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will be approximately 20 hours, with a mix of opening, closing, and evening shifts, planned at least four weeks in advance to support work-life balance.

* Must be 18+ years old.
* Passion for customer service and building relationships.
* Effective communication skills.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Calm and professional in challenging situations.
