I am currently recruiting for a receptionist to work at a children's centre in Hillingdon.
This role is initially for three months and requires applying candidates to have an enhanced DBS to be considered for this role.
Job Purpose:
1. To engage families at the point of entry to the service and build and maintain positive working relationships with service users.
2. To provide the day-to-day front of house management and administration functions for the centre.
3. To manage the reception area, greeting all visitors warmly and ensuring it remains a welcoming, clean, and pleasant environment, while ensuring that safety checks and procedures are implemented and advised to visitors to the centre.
4. To maintain the children’s centre database, ensuring registration and attendance data is inputted and kept up to date.
