Short Description for Internal Candidates Job Title Business Support Coordinator Educational Psychology Service Permanent Grade C - £35,412 - £44,075 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week This is an exciting opportunity to join and support the Educational Psychology Service at Birmingham City Council. We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual to undertake the role of Business Support Coordinator. You will play a proactive role in developing and maintaining the management, coordination and operations of business support for our Relational Intervention Programmes that the service delivers to city wide to schools and to other partners. The primary intervention is our Trauma Informed Attachment Programme (TIAAS). Key Responsibilities Including Marketing, Programme & Event Coordination Work with EP leads to create promotional material for events Promote events through regular and new communication channels Manage room bookings and virtual meetings, oversee setup, and event logistics including site presence and reception duties. Maintain the programme events calendar and ensure smooth event delivery Supporting preparation and delivery of training resources. Data Management Update and maintain records, spreadsheets and databases Sending out information for required data collection. Securing collection and supporting collation and analysis of data. Generate insightful reports for leads, managers and stakeholders Troubleshoot data issues and ensure compliance with reporting standards Finance Compliance Work with business support colleagues to raise invoices and manage POs in line with programme delivery Monitor budgets and highlight any anomalies Prepare and maintain financial summaries of programmes. Support managers with spend control processes. Support Leads and managers with reporting and compliance across service level agreements Team Support & General Admin Provide administrative support to the EP leads and managers including admin support for meetings i.e. minutes, transcription, presentations. Monitoring and response triage to -programme email inbox Assist in collating necessary information for reports, communications and operational materials Managing subscriptions to networks.
