Job Description
Glasgow Life is seeking Football Coaches to join our staff bank on a casual, part-time basis, working evenings and weekends. You will have the flexibility to work as needed, supporting our Football Development and Participation programme, and helping to grow the sport in Glasgow.
This is a Grade 3 role with an hourly rate ranging from £13.35 (entry) to £14.17.

The Role
* Plan and deliver high-quality football coaching sessions tailored to participants' abilities, aged 18 months and above.
* Attend coach development sessions.
* Support local and national events.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to promote football in Glasgow.
* Evaluate and develop football programmes.
The Candidate
Applicants should have:
* Scottish FA - 1.1 Introduction to Coaching (for Walking Football Coaches only)
* Scottish FA - 1.2 Children’s Coaching Certificate
* Availability for weekday evenings and weekends (e.g., Tuesday 6-8pm, Sunday 8.45-11.45am)
* Experience coaching football with various age groups
* Strong communication, organization skills, a positive attitude, flexibility, confidence, and professionalism.

Membership of the PVG Scheme is required and applicants will need to cover the cost. These posts are exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Scotland).
Salary will be pro-rata.
