We are looking to grow our nursing workforce in Eden Ward, a Low Secure Unit for up to 13 women with forensic and complex trauma histories. This role is challenging, rewarding and essential to patient care.
Role Summary: In this multi‑professional team, you will provide clinical care to patients as delegated by a Registered Nurse or other qualified health care professional.
Responsibilities
* Ensure a high standard of patient‑centred care.
* Promote self‑management of health needs and adopt a positive risk‑based care approach.
* Complete relevant care forms under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
* Assist in the delivery of care to patients with multiple chronic conditions, mental health issues, medication‑related problems and social vulnerability (defined as complex care).
