A provider of creative design services, product manufacturing and print is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and skilled manager to be the driving force of a team of energetic professionals within the Production department.
They manufacture products in-house using state of the art printers and experienced finishers, to assure that customers receive the highest quality of product and service.
Responsibilities
* Supervision of staff
* Driving productivity and lean manufacturing processes
* Cost control of labour, resources and consumables
* Scheduling of work
* Staff appraisal
* Efficient liaison with customers and the Account Management department to relay details to Production staff, producing highest quality product on budget and on time
* Control, organise and monitor flow of materials
Qualifications
* Experience in production management, preferably in display graphics with a wealth of experience in the sector
* Strong background in production management or similar roles
* Excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills
* Confident decision maker who takes initiative and an accurate and methodological approach to projects
