You will ensure smooth coordination of service and repair bookings, maximise workshop efficiency, and provide clear, professional communication throughout the customer journey. We are keen to speak with individuals who have strong customer service experience, ideally within an automotive or service environment, and who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused role.
