If you enjoy being around children and need a role that fits your commitments, this could be ideal. You will typically work part-time hours between 11:30 am and 2:30 pm, with the nursery operating year-round.
Your duties include supervising meals, tidying up, soothing children to sleep, and supporting activities for children who are not sleeping.
No formal qualifications are necessary to start, but we can help you obtain the training needed if you're interested.

About The Nursery
Rated 'Good' by Ofsted, Marks Gate Nursery and Pre-School provides early years education and childcare for children from birth to 5 years old. Located in Marks Gate near Chadwell Heath station, our spacious nursery features separate rooms and gardens for different age groups. Our experienced staff believe that variety is key to learning, with activities such as dialogic reading, woodworking, cooking, yoga, wildlife spotting, and outdoor play at Hainault Park. Families participate in tea parties and cultural tasting days. We also support families through a food bank for those in need.
