About Us: Senior Care Therapy (SCT) is on a mission to provide in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. We proudly serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities, including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living facilities.
As a clinician-owned and operated company, we focus on delivering patient-centered psychological services that significantly enhance residents' mood, functioning, and overall quality of life. By collaborating with facility staff, we aim to improve outcomes for both residents and the care teams that support them.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions in skilled nursing facilities.
* Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of emotional and behavioral health conditions.
* Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient.
* Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards using our EHR system.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements:
* Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in your state.
* Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
* Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR).
* Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to regulatory compliance.
* Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes away.
* Physical ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices throughout the day.
* Full vaccination and booster status may be required in some facilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous clinical experience in subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare settings.
* Experience treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders (psych or addictions experience is a plus).
* Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
