What You’ll Be Responsible For:
* Owns and drives the paid media strategy across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms, with a strong focus on integrating AI to optimise every stage of the funnel.
* Leads a team of media buyers and analysts—developing their skills, promoting AI adoption, and ensuring accountability.
* Launches new product campaigns with speed, creativity, and a focus on ROI.
* Scales profitable lead funnels in competitive markets through data-driven insights and campaign modelling.
* Identifies opportunities ahead of competitors and acts quickly, leveraging AI tools for rapid decision-making and content creation.
* Improves margins by refining bidding, creative, and segmentation strategies.
* Collaborates closely with Tech and Operations teams to align media initiatives with broader business objectives.
* Drives innovation through channel testing, platform experimentation, and AI integration.
* Reports to leadership with clarity and insight, demonstrating the performance and efficiency impact of strategic actions.
What We’re Looking For:
* Brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in planning and buying across Google Ads and Meta (essential).
* Possesses additional experience with other media platforms such as Bing, Native, Programmatic, YouTube, and TikTok (highly desirable).
* Demonstrates a strong record of scaling lead generation campaigns within performance-driven environments.
* Communicates with clarity and precision, effectively translating complex systems and technical media concepts into key business insights.
