Looking to take your next step in Real Estate law? This Bristol heavyweight and top 50 city firm have an opening for an experienced Senior Associate to join their tier 1 ranked real estate team.
The Role
You’ll join a UK-wide Real Estate team renowned for its depth, expertise, and client relationships. From logistics and student accommodation to regeneration, investment and energy projects, this is real estate work with breadth and ambition. The work spans investment transactions, commercial financings, and asset management across multiple sectors. Development work may also feature.
Clients
There is a wide and diverse client portfolio including leading PLCs and household names across retail, housing, logistics and finance. The team frequently operate across national panels, and deliver support to developers, investors, landlords and occupiers.
The Team
Over 100 lawyers strong, led by a seasoned Partner team, the successful senior associate will be trusted with major client relationships and challenging mandates from day one.
Requirements
You’ll be a commercially savvy lawyer with experience at a respected city, national, or large regional firm. You’ve handled transactional investment and financing matters and you’re confident managing commercial assets.
