We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Duties
* Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and supervising kitchen staff.
* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency.
* Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive working environment.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Participate in serving meals during peak hours, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
* Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service within the kitchen.
