Business Development Manager (Travel and Tourism)
Location: North London - hybrid working options
Salary: £32,000 to £39,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits

Main Duties
* Generate and develop new and repeat group travel business for UK & Ireland destinations
* Prepare detailed and competitive quotations and itineraries for client groups
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to support ongoing business
* Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to maximise value and margins
* Ensure accurate booking information and smooth handover to the operations team
* Track market trends and competitor activity to keep offers competitive
Candidate Requirements
* Fluency in German, Italian or a Scandinavian language required
* Previous experience within a Destination Management or Travel Management Company – Essential
* Excellent knowledge of the UK and Ireland as a destination
* Knowledge of market rates and prices
* Great communication skills
* Ability to multi‑task and adapt to situation
* Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
* IT literate
