We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our dedicated and busy Premises Team. This is a varied and vital role where you will be instrumental in ensuring our College environment is maintained to the highest standards, creating the best possible space for our students and staff.
You will work collaboratively within the team to maintain the entire College site and take on a diverse range of tasks, building on existing skills and learning new ones. You will bring a hardworking and proactive approach to every job. Experience isn't essential We're committed to your success and will provide full training. Plus, there will be opportunities to undertake formal qualifications as part of the role.
* Location: Uckfield College
* Salary: £25,583 pro rata (Single Status 4, Point 10). Actual salary for 30 hours/week equates to £20,742 pa.
* Contract: Part-Time, 30 hours/week. Occasional weekend work and overtime available.
* Start Date: Required as soon as possible
