Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the business in waste reduction and throughput improvement while maintaining % quality performance.
2. Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), FAIR approvals, OFI identification, customer issues, and training of inspection personnel.
3. Compile and submit First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) for customer approval using Visual FAIR.
4. Interface with internal and external customers and suppliers on quality issues.
5. Drive improvement activities to reduce scrap, rework, and non-value-added costs.
6. Compile and monitor Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), R&R, and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation.
7. Act as the PPAP Coordinator, ensuring the timely submission and approval of PPAP documents.
Location - Accrington, Lancashire
Salary - c£35k - £45k (dependent on experience)
