Working as part of a small team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the business with a key involvement across accounts payable, banking and accounts administration. As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in a busy accounts department and possess first class communication skills alongside strong attention to detail. On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:
* Purchase ledger processing.
* Posting bank transactions.
* Invoice finance administration.
* Daily use of Sage Accounts and Microsoft Excel.
* Operating across multiple currencies including GBP, Euro and USD.
* Reconciling bank statements
* Providing administrative support to the finance team
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you meet the following criteria:
* Previous experience working in a busy finance department.
* Excellent levels of accuracy when processing financial information
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
