Keynsham, BS31 | On-site £14.25 per hour | £92.63 per day Full-time | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm | Term-time only Start date: ASAP or June (long-term opportunities available) Do you want to support young people with their mental health and wellbeing in a school setting? We’re recruiting for a Pastoral Support Worker to join a secondary school in Bath, working closely with students who need additional emotional and behavioural support. This is a highly rewarding role focused on building trust, supporting wellbeing, and helping students overcome barriers to learning. Key responsibilities • Provide one-to-one pastoral and emotional support • Build strong, trusting relationships with students • Support students in managing emotions and behaviour • Work alongside teachers and safeguarding teams • Help create a safe, positive school environment What success looks like You’ll become a trusted adult for students who need support, helping them feel more confident, stable, and able to succeed in school.
