Performance Manager Hertfordshire, England £45,000 - £55,000 Per Annum Hybrid Work We are seeking a Performance Manager to join our client's team Infrastructure division in their Hertfordshire office on a permanent basis. Responsibilities: Producing and assisting in the production of reports to the business and projects in line with business and project requirements. Identify trends in performance of business / project, and report on findings. Supporting improvement actions and monitor business / project performance following implementation. Requirements: You will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with the ability to work both on their own or as part of a team. Computer literate and have a sound working knowledge of the latest Microsoft applications (especially Excel, PowerBi, Word, Forms and PowerAPPs). They must have good organisation skills and be able to work in a methodical manner with a proactive approach to problem solving and ability to prioritise their own workload. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and self-confidence to build strong working relationships internally and externally at all levels.
