We are looking for a Digital Media & CRM Automation Specialist to support digital growth, lead generation, CRM management, content publishing, and marketing automation across our business activities and selected client projects. The role focuses on improving online visibility, managing digital campaigns, maintaining CRM workflows, supporting lead conversion, and helping implement practical automation to improve marketing and commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands digital marketing operations, CRM systems, content coordination, reporting, and basic automation. The successful candidate does not need to do everything alone but should be able to support core activity across multiple projects and work closely with management. Key Responsibilities Client facing role Work with clients from diverse businesses and collect requirements for digital campaigns Support digital marketing campaigns across web, social media, email, and lead generation channels Create, Publish and manage content across websites, landing pages, social platforms, and CRM/email tools Maintain and update CRM records, lead pipelines, tags, automations, and follow-up workflows Help build and optimise enquiry funnels, booking flows, forms, and landing pages Monitor incoming leads, campaign performance, and conversion activity Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, campaign activity, pipeline progress, and outcomes Assist with social media scheduling, content repurposing, and promotional campaigns Support implementation of practical marketing automation and customer follow-up processes Coordinate with internal teams, external suppliers, developers, and designers where needed Help maintain data accuracy, campaign consistency, and proper use of CRM and communication tools Support testing and rollout of new digital tools where useful for lead generation or client management Skills and Experience Required Experience in digital marketing, CRM administration, marketing operations, or campaign support Good working knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar Experience with email marketing platforms, automations, and lead management workflows Familiarity with website content updates, landing pages, and digital lead capture processes Understanding of social media publishing and digital content coordination Ability to track, organise, and report on leads and marketing performance Good written English and communication skills Strong organisation and attention to detail Comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, and online business systems Able to work across multiple projects and priorities Desirable Skills Experience with marketing automation tools such as Zapier or Make Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta tools, and basic paid campaign support Familiarity with Canva or similar content tools Basic understanding of SEO, lead funnels, and conversion tracking Experience supporting service-based businesses, business consulting, property, finance, education, healthcare, or digital platforms Duties in Plain Terms The person in this role will help make sure digital marketing activity is actually organised and followed through properly. That includes helping publish content, tracking leads, keeping CRM records clean, making sure follow-ups happen, supporting campaigns, and helping automate repetitive marketing and admin tasks.
