We are an established, independent mortgage and insurance consultancy seeking an experienced Customer Services Administrator to join our growing Case Progression team.
What we're looking for:
· A positive, driven individual with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
· Excellent attention to detail, spelling, and grammar.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Previous experience in customer services and administration (ideally 2+ years in a sales or office-based role).
· Ability to work independently with a 'can do' attitude.
