We’re partnering with welcoming, inclusive primary schools across Enfield who are searching for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children across the primary phase. • Helping children regulate emotions and stay engaged in learning
• Working collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to track and support progress
• Creating a safe, structured and encouraging environment
What we’re looking for:
• Experience supporting children with SEN, or a strong passion to specialise in this area
• A calm, patient approach and the ability to build trust with young learners
• A confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
• Resilience and adaptability, no two days are ever the same
• A genuine passion for helping children grow in confidence and independence
