Senior Electrical Estimator / Commercial Manager – Harlow, Essex
Salary: £85,000 + bonus + vehicle/allowance
ARM Ltd is partnering with a technology-led electrical engineering and compliance business to recruit a Senior Electrical Estimator / Commercial Manager.
This is a senior, high-impact role leading pricing, bids, and commercial governance across long-term, mission-critical contracts. You’ll be a strategic commercial partner, shaping how work is priced, bids are submitted, and risk is managed—far from the chaos of traditional contracting.
What you’ll do:
* Lead end-to-end bid and estimation processes
* Develop pricing strategy, commercial systems, and governance
* Improve bid quality, consistency, and throughput
* Manage scope, risk, and margin protection
* Mentor and grow the commercial function
About you:
* Experienced Electrical Estimator / Commercial Manager in complex environments
* Strong commercial acumen, confident with data and structured pricing
* Calm, professional, long-term thinking, with leadership capability
