We are seeking an ambitious Area Manager to join our professional Central & East Anglia Residential Surveying team.
This hybrid role would suit an experienced Residential Surveyor looking to take a meaningful step forward into leadership by managing a high performing team and staying relevant by undertaking 2 days of Residential Surveys and Valuations.
You'll manage a team of 12-15 Residential Surveyors, supporting them in delivering excellence in quality, customer experience, and performance, while shaping standards across the team.
Qualifications
* AssocRICS (minimum 2 years post-qualification), MRICS, or FRICS
* A Registered Valuer (RICS)
* Able to demonstrate leadership capability, problem‑solving skills, and effective communication
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 12-15 Residential Surveyors
* Foster a culture of success, high performance, and wellbeing
* Communicate confidently with stakeholders across the business
* Bring new ideas and be open‑minded to trialling initiatives that support performance
* Deliver high quality Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
