We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to be our new Hotel Receptionist at The Old Swan Hotel-Harrogate on a Part Time Basis.
Key Responsibilities
As a Hotel Receptionist, You Will Be Responsible For
* Welcoming guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
* Managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently
* Answering inquiries via phone and email promptly
* Taking payments
* Handling reservations, cancellations, and changes in bookings
* Maintaining a clean and organised front desk area
Required Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Proven experience in a customer service role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
* Positive attitude
