Warranty Administrator – VW Stockport
Full-Time, 45 hours

Provide first class support to our business
Working with one of the World’s leading brands you will be accountable for efficiently and accurately administering manufacturer warranty systems. The main purpose is to ensure OEM guidelines and processes are followed to ensure warranty claims are on time and to avoid unnecessary fines.

What you’ll do day to day
11. Responsible for administrating an holistic process for warranty claims
12. Collaborate closely with the Aftersales Manager to mitigate audit risk and support the audit process
13. Works effectively as part of the full member After Sales team
14. Curious nature with a responsibility to keep up to date with warranty policies
15. Responsible for ensuring safe working processes and the provision of H&S legislation is taken at all times
