The organisation is led by a supportive team who are passionate about training and leadership, This is a truly exceptional opportunity to dive into a dynamic role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow As their Business Systems and Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for: Ensuring internal systems and reports are maintained and running smoothly, whilst addressing and resolving any issues reported by end users Generating and maintaining reports and data visualisations Ensuring systems are secure through access controls and backups Conducting testing and implementation of upgrades for systems with new releases and models To Be Successful: You will need to have prior experience working as an Analyst in a business systems and/or reporting role You must be proficient in working with SQL/MySQL You will need to have relevant experience in Excel, VBA and/or ODBC You will need to be familiar with ERP systems You should be able to use reporting and analytics platforms to deliver data visualisations (such as QlikView, QlikSense, PowerBI or similar) It is essential to have exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities Any additional skills/knowledge of the following would be advantageous: Marketing Automation tools, Product Information Management tools, ETL Location: Office-based in Poole, Dorset.
