Our innovative hardware and software systems are used globally to enhance athlete development with real-time analytics and immersive training experiences.
In this key role, you’ll act as the bridge between engineering, technical support, operations, and commercial teams, ensuring our integrated products perform flawlessly in the field. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of complex hardware-software products, lead global technical support, and help shape the future of sports technology.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead technical support and issue resolution for globally deployed systems
* Define product roadmaps and drive improvements based on customer feedback
* Collaborate with embedded systems engineers and software developers
* Oversee ticketing systems and on-call escalation processes
* Guide commissioning, maintenance, and lifecycle planning for 500+ units worldwide
