The Role You will play a leading role in developing the firm’s commercial disputes offering in Birmingham, working alongside a collaborative national and international litigation team. Your work is likely to include advising clients on: • Complex commercial and contractual disputes • Shareholder and partnership disputes • Corporate and financial services litigation • Professional negligence matters • High-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes In addition to handling complex matters, you will have the opportunity to: • Develop and grow your own client relationships • Build and expand a commercial disputes practice in Birmingham • Work collaboratively with colleagues across other offices and practice areas • Support the development of junior lawyers within the team • Contribute to the firm’s wider growth strategy in the UK and internationally About You You will be an experienced commercial disputes lawyer with a strong technical background and the ambition to grow a successful practice.
