Educating pupils aged 11–18, the school is recognised for its strong academic performance, small class sizes and excellent pastoral care. This role requires an experienced administrator who can manage complex processes with efficiency, discretion and attention to detail. The Role Reporting to the School Business Manager, you will oversee a wide range of administrative functions and act as a senior member of the office team. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing pupil records and ensuring compliance with independent school standards • Coordinating school communications with parents and external stakeholders • Supporting admissions administration and transition processes • Assisting with event planning, including open days and formal school functions • Producing reports and documentation for senior leadership • Supporting safeguarding and compliance record-keeping This is a varied role requiring both operational efficiency and confident communication skills.
