Assistant Restaurant Manager Kingham, Cotswolds | Fine Dining & Boutique Hotel The Opportunity We are seeking a confident, detail-led Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team at one of the Cotswolds’ most respected dining destinations. This is a senior, hands-on role within a highly refined service environment, working closely with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen leadership to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences. The restaurant operates at 3 AA Rosette standard, with a strong reputation for precision, warmth and integrity in both food and service. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining standards, developing the front-of-house team, and ensuring service runs with calm control and attention to detail at every stage. Location: Kingham, Cotswolds Salary: £41,875 package including OTE tronc Hours: 48 hours per week (including evenings and weekends) The Role As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the day-to-day leadership of the restaurant and private dining spaces, acting as a visible and confident presence on the floor.
