We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a large, high-profile purpose-built student accommodation site in Birmingham.
This is a full-time, customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys being actively involved on site, is comfortable getting stuck in, and takes real ownership of the resident experience. You'll be a visible, hands-on presence across the building, not just behind the desk.
It is a varied front-of-house position combining customer service, administration, sales support and active site engagement within a busy residential environment.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing a professional front-of-house reception service
2. Welcoming and assisting residents, visitors, partners and contractors
3. Being an active on-site presence, engaging with residents throughout the building
4. Handling day-to-day resident enquiries, requests and issues, ensuring timely resolution
5. Assisting with viewings, promoting services and products, and supporting occupancy and sales targets
6. Managing parcel deliveries and general reception administration
7. Completing incident logs and other administrative tasks accurately
