An exciting opportunity has arisen for Residential Team Leaders in one of our children’s homes!
We are seeking caring and compassionate Team Leaders who are eager to make a positive difference in the lives of Children & Young People by leading and supporting support staff.
Benefits
* Basic salary of £12.94 per hour plus £30 per sleep-in
* Hours of paid annual leave per annum
* Working on a rota basis with a monthly schedule provided 4 weeks in advance
* 40-hour week across 2-3 shifts, offering excellent work/life balance
* This is a day a year role, including Christmas, New Year, and holidays, with celebrations with children
Shift Details
Long hours and sleep-ins are essential. Shift hours vary depending on the home location.
Responsibilities
* Meeting the needs of Children and Young People in line with Ofsted regulations
* Planning team rotas and supporting the Deputy and Home Manager in meetings and appointments
* Assisting the Registered Manager and Deputy in implementing the Statement of Purpose
* Performing other tasks as directed by management
* Supervising in the absence of the Registered or Deputy Manager
* Welcoming a diverse culture within the home
* Creating a safe, family-like environment for the children
Requirements
* You must be 21 or older due to Ofsted regulations
* Driving is preferred but not essential
