Team Leader - Band 4
Secondment/Fixed Term – 9 months
An opportunity has arisen for an individual with excellent communication, administrative, and motivational and supervisory skills to join the Team Leaders team in Health Records, Ninewells Hospital. The role of the Team Leader will include supervision and workload management of the Library Team, liaising with all staff within the Health Records service, as well as supporting the development and implementation of new working practices.
Hours of work are: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday).

Requirements / Qualifications
* Polite telephone manner, good oral/written communication skills, and advanced keyboard skills.
* Knowledge of Trakcare, iFIT and experience of working in a Health Records environment or equivalent would be advantageous.
* Very professional manner, tact and diplomacy for telephone contact with patients and service managers.
