As a Technical Manager based in the UAE, you’ll lead a dynamic team of engineers and BIM specialists, using advanced tools and methodologies to drive excellence.
You’ll report to the Engineering Manager and lead a team of Project and Technical Engineers. Your team thrives on collaboration and innovation, working closely with design, procurement, and construction teams to meet ambitious project goals.
As a Technical Manager, you will:
Develop phased engineering schedules, integrating drawing milestones with project timelines.
Manage BIM protocols, clash-resolution workflows, and federated model delivery.
Oversee cost control for the engineering scope, including external draughting and resource management.
This is a full-time role requiring site visits and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
10+ years of experience in MEP engineering and technical management.
~ Proven track record in BIM, modular construction, and value-engineering initiatives.
Advanced understanding of MEP codes, Autodesk Revit, and BIM 360/CDE platforms.
Familiarity with local and international engineering standards.
Expertise in QA/QC, cost control, and planning.
Proficiency in MS Office and Primavera P6/MS Project (preferred).
Strong leadership, negotiation, and data-driven reporting abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
