GTC, part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for Multi Utility Construction Coordinator who would like to help us reach our mission to "earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service".
Purpose of this role
In conjunction with the MU Team, deal with all customer queries and build out works by others in the region and assist in the new MU Self Delivery Business where required.
Your key responsibilities are
Provide assistance with post award programme management for all new awards using Microsoft Project and in compliance with company procedures.
Program meeting for all new acceptances and provide weekly updates to customers, providing project reviews through the lifecycle of the works, until power on achieved.
Design Management for all new acceptance's log track & liaise with customers to obtain development documentation.
Liaising with the clients to provide site updates.
Set up initial post award meetings with developers and internal management.
Weekly programme meeting updates and project reviews for all new awards and existing projects until power on is achieved.
Abilities/Skills
Good Communication Skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Desirable
Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes or equivalent.
