As we embark on our journey to becoming a Charge Point Operator (CPO), you'll play a central role in pulling all elements together, ensuring each initiative is cohesive, forward-thinking, and delivered to the highest standard. Own the end-to-end delivery of CPO capabilities—from planning to execution You'll coordinate cross-functional subject matter experts to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with key milestones. Monitor budgets, timelines, and risks, providing solutions to maintain project efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and sustainability goals. Drive stakeholder engagement and secure support from local authorities, DNOs, and regulatory bodies Ensure compliance with safety standards, energy regulations, and quality benchmarks Contribute to long-term strategic planning and CPO capabilities, identifying key gaps and opportunities What You'll Bring: A naturally curious mindset —someone who constantly questions and seeks better ways of working Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams Strong communicator with the ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Extensive experience in project management, with strong understanding of methodologies including Agile, Prince2 and/or APM. Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project outcomes. Prince 2 qualification or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools Advanced planning, organisational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail with a friendly, helpful and ‘can do’ attitude. Proven ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work on own initiative.
