Audit Assistant Manager
Cambridge
£45,000 - £50,000 + Paid Overtime
We are working with a highly reputable firm based in Cambridge who are rapidly growing their audit department and now have requirements from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager.

Your role as an Audit Assistant Manager:
* At this well-established firm, you will be responsible for leading audits from planning through to completion.
* Liaising directly with the clients across a wide range of corporate audit clients including fast-growing OMBs to large PE backed companies.
* You will be involved in managing and developing the existing audit team, this will include planning, performance management, delegation of duties and training.
* Work as a team to support the department as it continues to grow and identify any opportunities for upselling.
What you'll need to succeed:
* You must be ACA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent with post qualification experience.
* A minimum of 3 years of working within a UK accountancy practice.
* Applicants must already be working in an Assistant Manager role but there are very clear routes for progression are available with this team.
* Enthusiasm to progress professionally and as part of the team.
* A good management rapport to mentor the audit team.
