Aquatics GB, the organisation that oversees aquatics sports in Great Britain – Swimming, ParaSwimming, Diving, Artistic Swimming and Water Polo – is seeking a Fan Data and Insights Officer.
In this role you will build a thorough understanding of the aquatics fanbase to support the organisation's marketing and commercial growth strategy. You will work within the Business Development Team and wider Growth Department reporting to the Business Development Manager.
Key responsibilities include handling data and analytical review, managing databases and transforming data sets into strategic insights. You will create marketing campaigns, target content distribution, and work with CRM systems. The role requires excellent organisation, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Essential experience: previous role involving data analysis and database management, and a proven ability to use data for strategic decisions. Desirable experience in marketing campaign creation and CRM knowledge.
